What is foreskin?

Foreskin is the thin skin that covers the head also called the glans of the penis. At birth the foreskin is attched to the penis and with time it seperates and can be pulled back or retracted. A penis with the foreskin intact is called an uncircumcised penis. It is important to clean the foreskin to maintain hygiene and prevent infection.
